Convelly Compared: Superchat, Treatwell and Fresha Side by Side

October 26, 2026 · 3 min read

Businesses that look at Convelly usually look at one of three other tools first: a multi-channel inbox like Superchat, or a booking marketplace like Treatwell or Fresha. Each comparison below puts the plans, fees and features side by side, shows what a small business actually pays on each, and says plainly where the other tool does more.

How we compare

Every competitor figure comes from that company's own website, mostly its price page, and each article names the date it was checked and links the source. Competitor prices are shown net of VAT, monthly billing unless stated. Convelly's prices are taken from the same EU price list as our pricing page whenever this site is built, so the two never disagree.

We leave out star ratings, review counts and anything we cannot check. When a feature is not on a competitor's price page, the table says so instead of guessing. If you spot a figure that has changed, tell us through support and we will correct it.

Convelly vs Superchat

Superchat is a shared inbox for many channels, sold on a 12-month term, with its AI agent only from the second paid plan at €149 a month. The Superchat alternative comparison shows what Convelly includes on every plan instead: Elly, who remembers every customer and answers, sells and books in the chat, a built-in booking calendar with deposits, a website chat and no minimum term. It also names the channels Superchat covers that Convelly does not.

Convelly vs Treatwell

Treatwell finds salons new clients through its marketplace and charges commission on their first booking. The Treatwell alternative comparison works through a normal month of commission, explains why Convelly takes none, and covers what a marketplace gives you that Convelly does not.

Convelly vs Fresha

Fresha has no free plan, charges per bookable team member and sells its AI receptionist as an add-on. The Fresha alternative comparison sets that against a Convelly free plan that stays free, Elly included on every plan and no fee per client, and says plainly where Fresha's lower base price, till and marketplace matter.

What the three comparisons have in common

Three different tools, one pattern: each charges for growth in a way Convelly does not. Superchat prices per user and per WhatsApp number on a 12-month term, Treatwell takes commission on a new client's first marketplace booking, Fresha charges per bookable team member with its AI as a paid add-on. On Convelly the price is the plan, and Elly, the built-in booking calendar with deposits and the website chat are in every plan, from the free one up.

The second pattern is what the AI knows. On all three the AI is either not offered, costs extra or is described without saying what it reads. Elly answers after reading the customer's conversations, bookings, payments and your team's notes, and writes as your business.

How to choose

If most of your new clients come from a marketplace and your diary has gaps, Treatwell or Fresha earn their fees. If your team needs one inbox for many channels and a vendor with an ISO certificate, Superchat is worth its price. If your customers already write to you and you want every message answered, remembered and booked, with no fee per client and no minimum term, that is what Convelly is built for.

Start on the free plan with your own services, let Elly answer a week of real messages, and the pricing page shows what each plan adds once you outgrow it.

Prices and features change. Each comparison names the date its competitor figures were checked and links the source. Superchat, Treatwell and Fresha are trademarks of their owners; Convelly is not affiliated with any of them.
